1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ab111" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at ab111.io, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player", "User", or "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ab111 platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

• You have not previously been self-excluded from ab111 or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ab111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ab111 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ab111. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ab111 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses on ab111 include the following:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

7 Betting Rules & Sportsbook

ab111 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as published on the platform from time to time. The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on ab111:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ab111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). Where no official result is declared, void rules may apply as specified in the individual market rules.
• ab111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.

• ab111 uses real-time data feeds for live in-play betting. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ab111's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension is applied remain valid.

8 Casino Games & Live Casino

ab111 provides access to casino games including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers. All games available on ab111 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) monitored and certified by the game provider.

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab111 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ab111 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ab111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from sharing login credentials or failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ab111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always published at ab111.io/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Where amendments are material in nature, ab111 will endeavour to notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account. However, it is the player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically, and continued use of the ab111 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account. Outstanding balance withdrawals subject to normal KYC requirements will be processed upon account closure request.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

ab111 operates as an internationally licensed offshore betting platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab111 holds its operating licence.
